Chantel believes in empowering clients by working together in developing and implementing meaningful solutions to life’s challenges. Chantel holds a Social Work degree (BSW., RSW) from the University of Regina and is certified as a Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP). She continues to expand her counselling education within the mental health, family dynamic, and sex therapy fields.

Equipped with many therapeutic tools, Chantel integrates evidence-based approaches personalized to each client’s unique needs, with a primary focus on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (Certified).

​

You can be yourself with Chantel as you share your story and experiences, free of judgement. Life can be messy and complicated, but it can also be beautiful, exciting, and incredibly fulfilling. Chantel will be there to support you through the challenges and celebrate the moments that make life worthwhile.
