ABOUT ME

ABOUT

I believe in empowering clients as we work together in developing and implementing solutions for the challenges you may be experiencing. I have a Social Work degree (BSW., RSW) from the University of Regina and am certified as a Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP). I continue to expand my counselling education within the mental health, family dynamic and sex therapy fields.

I utilize multiple counselling strategies applying the best approach that suits the client’s needs. These include Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (Certified), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Strength Based Therapy. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples. I am passionate in the work that I do and love supporting people throughout their most challenging times. I understand the difficulty in allowing yourself to be vulnerable while sharing your story and will hold a safe and supportive space for you to do so comfortably.
